What is Movement Therapy?
At Movement Therapy, we understand the link between a healthy lymphatic system and physical motion. Whether you opt for a lymphatic support session with one of our certified practitioners, or a therapeutic yoga class, your body will thank you!
During your lymphatic support session, your practitioner may utilize manual lymphatic drainage (MLD), soft tissue manipulation or lymphatic enhancement technology (LET). You may also benefit from a customized movement, breath work, and Holistic Health program.
Our group classes emphasize healthy aging, provide support and healing for those living with chronic medical conditions, and ongoing recovery following injury or surgery. There is a place for everyone in our Therapeutic Gentle Yoga, Chair Yoga and Yoga For Cancer (Y4C) classes!

“I’m almost afraid to say it out loud for fear of jinxing the effectiveness of this light therapy, but I climbed the stairs in the house today and there was no pain to stop me. The last two times I climbed the stairs I couldn’t go past 15 minutes because my knee all of a sudden hurt too much. I went 20 minutes and I could’ve gone longer!”
